The blend of skills, knowledge and behaviours that define a quality professional are changing rapidly in response to the challenges posed by Industry 4.0.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) has always been a key component of professionalism, but now more than ever, quality professionals need a good understanding of their own competence and a plan to meet their development needs.

In this webinar, Gareth Kingston (Head of Professional Development, Chartered Quality Institute) will talk about the CQI's approach to CPD, and how quality professionals can ensure that they are ready to meet the challenges facing the profession.

By the end of the webinar you will:

• Understand some of the key drivers for change that affect quality professionals

• Understand the critical role that CPD plays in professionalism

• Understand the CQI's methodology for planning your CPD

• Understand how to assess your competence using the CQI's free Profession Map

• Understand other tools available to you
